Companies EvorSolutions Sp. z o.o. and Tharel Software Damian Dąbkiewicz will respond to concrete notices about copyright infringement, which are in accordance with act from 4.02.1994r. about copyright and related laws (called „CARR”). The owner of the service can quickly delete materials that infringe copyright laws from his website, regardless of it’s responsibility after receiving a notice in accordance with CARR.

If you are a copyright law owner or an authorized agent of an owner of copyright and you are certain that contents hosted on this site breach your copyright laws, you can send a notice according to CARR, in order to convey the following information to the website’s owner:

  • Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to work for a person who’s law has potentially been infringed.

  • Identifications of a work protected by copyright that has been reported as infringed, or, if many works have been potentially infringed, a specific list of those works and their detailed localizations in the website.

  • Identification of material that has been reportedly infringed or which is an item of activity infringing the law and has to be deleted or it’s access blocked, and information sufficient enough for the owner of the service to localize the material.

  • Information sufficient enough that the owner of the service can contact you, e.g address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address.

  • Affirmation that you, in good faith, believe that using the material in the way that the complaint states is not authorized by the owner of the copyright, his representative, or by the law. that

  • Affirmation that the information contained in the notification is precise, and, under penalty threat, for false testimony that you’re allowed to work in the name of the owner of the copyright that has potentially been infringed. The owners of will appoint an Copyright Law Agent that will be notified about the potential infringement. Considering that you’re not going to stand up to the constraints of CARR, your notification may not be examined. Mutual claims

If you claim that the content has been deleted from the site by accident, you can file a claim with help from an agent of about contents compatible with the requirements described below. After receiving a mutual claim the owner of may bring back the content possibly infringing the law on the website.

The mutual claim has to contain

  • Identification of specific materials deleted from the website.

  • Your name and surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

  • A declaration, under the penalty of perjury, that you believe the material has been deleted by accident or false identification of the material.

  • A declaration that you agree on jurisdiction by the provincial court that contains your address, or if your address is located outside of Poland, that you agree on jurisdiction in every region that is located in and that you agree on delivering the process from a person that has delivered the notification, or his representative.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
